Obama ’08 Campaign Headquarters Opens On Compton Boulevard

COMPTON – The
Hub City is now home to an official Obama ’08 campaign office,
which will celebrate a grand opening this Saturday, July 19.
The event, hosted at the headquarters at 1909 W. Compton Blvd. at Central
Avenue, will begin at 3 p.m. and run until 8 p.m.
The office is already open, according to Benjamin Hollyfield, whose
wife, Emily Hart Hollyfield, is serving as precinct captain and coordinator.
The hours are Monday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.
