SACRAMENTO— Assemblymember Isadore Hall III addressed 3,000 high school students from throughout California at the opening ceremonies of the 64th annual YMCA Model Legislature and Court in Sacramento. Hall brought students a message of hope and encouraged them to commit themselves to a lifetime of community and public service.
